Frequently asked questions
- How do I create an account?
- Choose Sign Up in the top navigation and register with your email address and a password. You will be signed in once registration completes.
- Which languages is the platform available in?
- English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Switch language from the selector in the top navigation; the choice is remembered on your device.
- Can I use a dark theme?
- Yes. The light and dark toggle sits in the top navigation, and your preference is stored in the browser.
- How do I reset my password?
- Choose Forgot Password on the sign-in page and enter your email address. A reset link is sent to that address.
- What is account sync for?
- If your sign-in account is not yet linked to a platform profile, the account sync page connects the two so your enrolments and progress are attached to the right profile.
- How do I enrol in a course?
- Self-serve checkout is not live yet. An administrator enrols you on the course and can set an optional access end date. You can still browse prices and add courses to your cart as a student.
- Where can I see my progress?
- Each course shows a progress percentage, and the readiness page for that course breaks your progress and accuracy down by topic.
- How do I pay for a course?
- Online payment is not available yet. Contact an administrator to enrol. When checkout ships, it will use Stripe's hosted page so we never see your card details.
- How long does my enrolment last?
- Access length is set at enrolment. Administrators can leave it open-ended or set an end date. Start and end dates are shown on the course when they apply.
- Can I take notes on course content?
- Yes. You can highlight lesson content in four colours, attach a note of up to 1000 characters, tag it, and export your notes to PDF.
- How do mock exams work?
- A mock exam is a timed set of questions with a duration and a total score. When you finish, your attempt records the score you earned against the total available.
- What does the readiness score mean?
- It is a score out of 100 for a course, derived from your progress and accuracy, grouped into a band and broken down per topic so you can see where to revise.
